History
Productions Nemesis is a volunteer-based bilingual theatre company that was founded in January 2001. Our mandate is to give youth of the Ottawa region the opportunity to produce original works in French and in English.
Productions Nemesis theatre company has enjoyed producing many projects that have enabled us to succeed over and above our original expectations. Productions Nemesis thrives on the original works of youth from the region and hopes to give many of them the opportunity to write, act, direct, and produce for theatre, in both official languages. In addition to this, the company plans to branch out into children's plays and activities in the Ottawa communities.
Write
Productions Nemesis is always on the look-out for new plays to produce. If you have an original theatre script to propose to us, it is most welcome! Do not forget to include your name, your writing motivation, and your coordinates where we can reach you.
Act
We are always looking for new actors and actresses for the works we produce. Send us an email and introduce yourself. It will be our pleasure to meet with you.
Direct
Whether you have experience or not, we want to give you an extra shot at directing a show. Send us your cv by email or snail mail, including a synopsis or the kind or show you would like to direct, and we will do what we can to include you in our projects.
Produce
What is a show without a producer? If you would like to be part of our producing team, send us a letter detailing your interest and expericence, accompanied by a cv, and we will gladly meet with you to discuss our common love for theatre production.
